Grilled Ham Steak With Peppered Peach Glaze

Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
Combine preserves, ginger lime juice, mustard and lime peel in heavy small saucepan. Stir over low heat until preserves melt.
Sprinkle both sides of ham with pepper; press lightly so that pepper adheres. Brush ham with some of peach glaze.
Grill ham until heated through, lightly browned and beginning to crisp at edges, brushing occasionally with more glaze, about 3 minutes per side. Cut ham in half. Transfer to plates. Brush with any remaining glaze and serve.

Mash 1 cup sliced peaches.
Add water and cook 5 minutes.
Mix sugar and cornstarch; add to fruit mixture.
Cook until thick and clear.
Add lemon juice, butter and salt.
Allow mixture to cool completely.
Arrange remaining fruit in cooled pie shell.
Pour cooled glaze over fruit.
Chill thoroughly.
Top with whipped cream.

Peach Glaze Pie

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add water and slowly cook over low heat until clear (about 5 minutes).
Add yellow food coloring and cool slightly.
Wash and pare peaches.
Cut into 1/2-inch wedges.
Place in baked pie shell.
Pour glaze over each layer of peaches.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Peach Glaze Pie

Cut up 1 cup peaches; add water.
Cook 4 minutes.
Mix sugar and starch; add to fruit mixture.
Cook until thick and clear. Add butter, lemon juice and salt; cool.
Slice remaining peaches into cooled pie crust; top with fruit mixture.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream and peach slice.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter and press into 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Mix peach glaze, peaches and Peach Schnapps (to taste) and spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Chill.

Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Oriental Meat Pie

Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.
