Fruit-Glaze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. slices strawberries or peaches
    2 baked pie shells
    2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. strawberry or peach jello
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Slice fruit into baked pie shells.
    Mix sugar, jello and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add cold water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Spoon hot glaze over fruit in pie shells.
    Chill.
    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
