Peach Glaze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared pie crust
    1 qt. peaches
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut up 1 cup peaches; add water.
    Cook 4 minutes.
    Mix sugar and starch; add to fruit mixture.
    Cook until thick and clear. Add butter, lemon juice and salt; cool.
    Slice remaining peaches into cooled pie crust; top with fruit mixture.
    Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
    Top with whipped cream and peach slice.
