Pretzel Dip (Old English Cheese Dip)

Beat cream cheese till smooth. Add rest of ingredients and beat till all is completely combined. Place into serving bowl; cover and chill 2 hours to let flavors merry. Serve with pretzels.
- If you like your dip really cheesy you may add one more 5 oz. jar of Old English cheese. Also, you may add 3-5 strips of cooked and crumbled crispy bacon and can even put it into a little dipper crock pot and serve it warm. All ways are delicious!

Killer Cheese Dip

Melt cream cheese and Old English together in oven or microwave.
Stir very well until completely combined. Mix in chiles and green onion, stir well and return to oven or microwave to heat through again.
Stir and serve with tortilla chips.
Can be made ahead and reheated.
Bring to room temperature before reheating.

Baked Sausage And Cheese

Line bottom of 9 x 12-inch Pyrex baking dish with buttered bread which has had the crust removed and cut into 9 pieces. Sprinkle with Old English cheese.
Brown Owens hot sausage.
Drain and thoroughly blot until no grease remains.
Sprinkle over cheese. Blend eggs, half and half, salt, Spice Islands Beau Monde, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over sausage and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cream together cream cheese and Old English cheese.
Add garlic salt.
Add enough beer to make thin consistency.
Hollow out bread.
Pour mix into bread.
Dip bread cubes in mix.

Crab And Clam Dip

Melt Old English cheese and cream cheese in a double boiler. Add onion, garlic salt, lots of pepper, crab and clams.
If needed, add clam juice to thin.
Keep in a fondue pot to keep warm.
Excellent with English muffins, crackers and when using pieces of bread for dipping.

Michele'S Clam Dip

Melt cream cheese and Old English cheese in a pot. Chop pepper and scallions. Add to pot.
Add clams and Worcestershire sauce. Serve hot with bugles.

English Muffin And Crabmeat

Cut muffins in half.
Drain crabmeat and add Old English cheese, oleo, mayonnaise and garlic powder.
Mix well and spread on muffins.
Cut each into 8 pieces.
Freeze.
When ready to serve, broil until cheese melts.

Combine 5 ounce jar sharp process Old English cheese and 1/2 cup butter in a mixer.
Then combine cream cheese (softened) and deviled ham with catsup.

Melt butter and Old English cheese together. Mix in cayenne pepper and garlic salt. Add and mix in drained sausage. Split muffins and spread with mixture. Place in the freezer on sheet until slightly frozen. Bag and use as needed. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350.

Geneva'S Hungarian Cheese Ball

Grind together Old English cheese, cream cheese, pecans and garlic.
Form cheese into a roll.
Sprinkle chili powder on waxed paper.
Roll cheese roll in chili powder until well coated.
Wrap coated cheese roll in foil.
Chill and then slice.

Bleu Cheese Ball

Combine Bleu cheese, Old English cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt in bowl; mix well.
Shape into ball; roll in pecans.

Cream Blue cheese, Old English cheese and cream cheese together.
Add Cheddar cheese.
Roll into ball; roll in mixture of onion soup and nuts.
Can be divided into 2 or 3 smaller balls. Each will serve 30 to 40 people.

Cream the stick of margarine with the Old English cheese.
Add salt, red pepper and flour gradually.
When smooth, drop in small balls on greased cookie sheet.
Place in refrigerator or freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until slightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Use 3-quart casserole.
Cut potatoes like French fries.
Layer part of potatoes in bottom of dish.
Add salt and pepper and 4 to 5 slices of Old English cheese.
Repeat another layer of potatoes and cheese.
Dot with butter.
Pour on 1/2 pint whipping cream. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
