Grease three 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
First measure the oatmeal, salt, sugar and fat and pour the boiling water over them.

Whip eggs in separate bowl. Add salt, flour and oatmeal to yeast mixture.
Add eggs.
Mix well, then add oleo to batter.
Pour into greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Let rise 1 hour, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Brush with melted butter.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except oats and raisins in the bread machine.
Set program to basic cycle and medium crust setting; press start.
Add oats and raisins at the end of the first kneading cycle.
Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
Generously grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Add egg and stir well. Add warm milk. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add rolled wheat or oatmeal to flour.
Add slowly to yeast mixture, stirring well.
Spread mixture in pan. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle with dry oatmeal.
Let rise until double in height (about 1 hour).
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
Cut into squares (may brush top with melted butter).
