Oatmeal Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry milk
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar and yeast in water.
    Add egg and dry ingredients.
    Spread in greased pan and brush with butter. Sprinkle on a little dry oatmeal.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until brown and crisp.
