Oatmeal Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. light molasses
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. flour, divided
Preparation
    Mix the salt, yeast and 2 cups flour in a large bowl.
    Combine the oatmeal, light molasses, water and margarine in a saucepan; heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    In mixer, add liquids to dry.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes by hand.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Cover bowl (no knead).
    Rise 45 to 60 minutes.
    Grease 2 (2-quart) casserole bowls; divide dough. Turn to grease top.
    Rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Brush melted margarine on top when done.
