Oatmeal Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 oz. (scant 1/3 c.) uncooked oatmeal
    brown sugar substitute to equal 3 Tbsp.
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (no sugar added)
Preparation
    Mix and pour into individual loaf pan which has been treated with nonstick spray.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Recipe makes only 1 loaf.
