Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Scrape potatoes and quarter.
Put in plastic bag with oil and onion soup.
Shake until potatoes are well covered with dry onion soup.
Bake in oven until potatoes are soft and slightly brown.
Select new red potatoes about the size of golf balls if possible.

in salted water until done. Melt

Remove peelings
from
potatoes and roll in melted oleo until coated. Place
in Pyrex dish, sprinkle generously with paprika.

Slice four garlic cloves in halves
Slice peppers up into to median size spears
In a roast place pork chops at bottom
Lay the potatoes on top
then add the garlic and peppers atop
pour the water/chkn broth in a corner of the roast! DO NOT POUR OVER CHOPS!
Bake at 400 degree's for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until done!

Wash and cut up red potatoes.
Add margarine to microwave-safe pan.
Add potatoes with 1/2-inch of water.
Cover with cling wrap and cook minutes on high.
Add margarine and parsley and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
