Mary Sims Paprika Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    new red potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    paprika
Preparation
    Select new red potatoes about the size of golf balls if possible.
    Scrub
    well
    and
    boil
    in salted water until done. Melt
    a
    stick
    of\toleo
    in Pyrex dish and set aside.
    Remove peelings
    from
    potatoes and roll in melted oleo until coated. Place
    in Pyrex dish, sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes until golden brown.
