Red Potatoes With Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium red potatoes (unpeeled)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and cut up red potatoes.
    Add margarine to microwave-safe pan.
    Add potatoes with 1/2-inch of water.
    Cover with cling wrap and cook minutes on high.
    Add margarine and parsley and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden brown on top.
