Mashed Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. new red potatoes
    1 tub sour cream
    1 onion
    1 stick butter
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skin until well done. Drain and mash. Saut onion and butter in microwave. Layer potatoes, onion, sour cream and cheese. Save some cheese for top.
