"Baked" Little New Red Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. new red potatoes
2 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Scrape potatoes and quarter.
Put in plastic bag with oil and onion soup.
Shake until potatoes are well covered with dry onion soup.
Bake in oven until potatoes are soft and slightly brown.
