Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
Beat eggs, milk, cheese and ham in medium bowl. Season. Spoon mixture into muffin pan. Top with cherry tomatoes.
Bake 20 mins, or until just set. Let stand in pan 5 mins before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
