Mini Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (2.5 oz.) processed ham
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop ham and onion finely.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard.
    Stir to combine. Spray a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil spray.
    Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle.
    Cut rectangle into 24 pieces.
    Place the dough pieces in the mini muffin cups.
    Place a small amount of ham mixture in center of each dough cup.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Yields 24 appetizers.
