Fancy Grilled Cheese & Ham Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb of berkshire ham
1 french hero roll
3 slices gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon duck fat

Preparation

start by making your ham and cheese sandwich.
slab the duck fat on both sides of the sandwich and place on a pan with medium heat.
grill until cheese starts to melt and you get nice toasty marks on both sides of the sandwich.
