Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together all meatball ingredients and roll into balls.
Bake on pan with sides such as cake pan or jelly roll pan for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together all sauce ingredients in large pan on top of stove.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Once meatballs are baked add to sauce and mix well.
Simmer 15 minutes.
I like to simmer the meatballs and sauce in my crockpot.

Use a 4-quart slow cooker.
Put the frozen meatballs into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the marmalade, orange juice, and sliced green onions.

Throw in a washed whole jalapeno pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours or until the meatballs have heated through.
Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer.
Stir ketchup and grape jelly together in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat; cook, stirring, until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir garlic powder, salt, and pepper into ketchup mixture.
Stir meatballs into ketchup mixture; simmer, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are hot and sauce is slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
Combine jelly and chili sauce in large saucepan or crock-pot. Stir until well mixed, then add meatballs.
Cook on low for several hours.
Serve with sauce.
In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg and 2 tsp. bouillon; mix well.
Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls.
In large skillet, brown meatballs, and remove from pan.
Pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine preserves, lemon and remaining bouillon, over low heat, cook and stir, about 10 minutes.
Add meatballs and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
Makes 4 dozen.
Sear ribs in frying pan on medium high heat. Or not. The searing adds a nice flavor, but if you are in a hurry, skip it.
Dump all remaining ingredients in slow cooker or crock pot set on medium or low heat.
Stir it up!
Add meatballs or ribs.
Leave it alone for 6 or 8 hours and serve over rice or serve meatballs as an appetizer. Enjoy!
MEATBALLS: Combine first 7 ingredients in
In a 3-qt slow cooker, combine the meatballs, onion, brown sugar, soup mix and beer.
Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2-4 1/2 hours or until heated through.
Serve with toothpicks for an appetizer.
For sandwiches, place six meatballs on each bun bottom.
Sprinkle sandwiches with 1/4 cup of cheese. Place on baking sheets.
Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Replace bun tops.
Combine ground beef, eggs, crumbs, 1/4 cup minced onions, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Stir well.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Press one cube of cheese into center of each meatball.
Cook meatballs in a large skillet, medium heat, until browned on all sides.
Drain well and set meatballs aside.
Mix sauce ingredients together first then add the meatballs.
Cook in a crockpot on high for a few hours then turn down to low.
Turn your crock pot on and get it warmed up. You can put it on High to start. Add the Meatballs and then add the Cream of Celery Soup, French Onion Soup and water. Stir everything together. After about 30-45 minutes turn it down to low and let simmer until you are ready to serve.
*Variation - Cut up 4-5 large Yukon gold potatoes into large 2 inch pieces. Boil potatoes for about 8-10 minutes and add to the crock pot with the meatballs. Add a can of Cream of Mushroom soup for extra gravy.
