Cut up cheese; melt down on stove or in microwave.

Brown ground turkey and drain grease if needed, add McCormick seasoning and add 1/2 cup water and let simmer.
Mold biscuits into muffin pans, bake for 8 minutes.
Add can of Rotel and cheese to ground turkey mix.

Mix 2 cups plain Greek yogurt with 1 package McCormick(R) Taco Seasoning Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until cool, serve and enjoy.
Spread refried beans in a shallow seving dish.
Mix sour cream and Taco Seasoning Mix until well blended.
Spread over refried beans.
Top with cheese, dollops of quacamole, tomato, onions, and olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Prepare this with 1 package of McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix.
Brown hamburger in an eight quart pot.
Drain fat.
Add kidney beans (undrained), tomato sauce, packages of chili seasoning mix, 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix and water.
Mix thoroughly.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix as much taco seasoning as your taste allows in with the cottage cheese.
i find the entire package is much to salty.
Spread on a small serving platter or 9\" pie plate.
Cover entire surface with lettuce, then cheese, onions and tomatoes.
Use tortilia chips for scooping.
Serve right away as the lettuce will go limp if left too long.
