Taco Dip In A Crock-Pot(Serves A Large Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. (90% lean) ground beef
    1 large block Velveeta or any brand cheese
    milk
    1 pkg. McCormick taco seasoning
    1 bottle Old El Paso taco sauce
    plain taco chips
Preparation
    Cut up cheese; melt down on stove or in microwave.
    Add a little bit of milk to thin slightly.
    Cook beef; add your seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and chili powder). Drain beef.
    Add to melted cheese.
    Stir in taco sauce and one envelope of taco seasoning.
    If too thick, thin with a little more milk.
    Turn crock-pot on high; once it's hot, turn on low.
    Serve with taco chips.
