Stir cream cheese, marshmallow creme, orange juice concentrate, and nutmeg together in a bowl until completely combined.
Mix together the cream cheese and the Marshmallow Creme. Chill. Dip sliced apples in pineapple or lemon juice to keep fresh. Store in Ziploc bag until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, place dip in bowl.
