Lychee Martini

Place ice into a cocktail shaker. Pour in vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and lychee juice. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the cocktail shaker has frosted.
Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with a lychee fruit.

Japanese Soho Cocktail

Pour the vodka, lemonade, blue curacao, and lychee liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon slice to serve.

Chill 2 martini glasses.
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add vodka, sake, lychee syrup, and grenadine.
Shake to combine.
Strain into the chilled glasses and garnish with a lychee nut dropped in each glass.
Serve immediately.

Sake Lychee Martini

Fill a small cocktail shaker two thirds-full of ice cubes.
Add 2 parts sake and 1 part lychee syrup from the can.
Seal and shake for 20 seconds or more.
Take a taste test. If the liquid is too strong, shake longer so more ice dissolves.
Serve with 2 or 3 lychees per glass.

Lychee Martinis

Pour 1/2 each of the liqueur, vodka, lychee juice, coconut water and ice cubes into a large cocktail shaker. Shake for 2 mins, until chilled. Pour into 4 glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place the lychees on cocktail skewers and place in glasses to serve.

Red Lotus Martini

Combine Vodka, Lychee liqueur and Cranberry juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Add a dash of fresh lime juice.
Garnish with a lime slice.

Lychee Lemon Drop

To make fresh lemonade, squeeze juice of entire lemon into glass. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Muddle remaining lemon rinds into the mixture and remove. Transfer to mixer. Add Vodka, Lichido, Curacao. Mix vigorously with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass and garnish with pitted lychee.

Gingerbread Martini

Directions for Ginger Syrup:
Simmer water, sugar, ginger, cloves and cinnamon stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes.
Pour hot syrup through a fine sieve and chill.
Let stand 20 minutes until using, so all sediment has settled to the bottom.
Servings: Approximately 3/4 cup.
Directions for Martini:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka and gingerbread syrup.
Cover and shake vigorously until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Lychee And Mint Mojito

Muddle the lychees, lime and mint in a cocktail shaker.
Add the rum, lychee liqueur, pineapple juice, simple syrup and ice cubes and shake to combine.
Serve in a tall glass, decorated with a sprig of mint.

Meyer Lemon Drop Martini

To make the simple syrup, combine 1 oz. water, 1 oz. sugar (measure in a cocktail jigger) and the lemon zest in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
In a cocktail shaker, combine a handful of ice, the lemon juice, vodka and simple syrup. Shake vigorously and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Drop two thinly sliced lemon disks into each glass.

Krysten'S Key Lime Pie Martini

Simple syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved about 3 minutes. Store in a closed container in refrigerator.
Rim of Glass: Line the rim of a martini glass with honey and dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating the rim with crumbs.
Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.
