MEATLOAF:
Combine all meatloaf ingredients except the milk in
Mix everything but the chips.
Stir well.
Butter casserole dish.
Pour some of the mixture in the bottom of the pan.
Layer with chips.
Repeat meat, chips; meat, chips.
You can shred the cheese or grate it over each layer or just put it over the top. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts.
Meatloaf: Combine meat loaf ingredients and place into meatloaf pan or regular loaf pan. I usually have a little left over because the pan I use is a small one. The excess I freeze for future use as stuffed pepper filling (there's usually enough for 2 peppers).
Smooth out top.
Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour on top and sides of meatloaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0F about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon, onion, garlic plus parsley & saute until onion is soft & golden brown.
Add the beans, salt to taste preference & Creole seasoning. Reduce heat to low & cook gently for about 30 min or until beans are soft (Add a sml amt of water if needed to keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
HINT: Try pairing these beans w/my also newly entered Creole Meatloaf recipe & your favorite thick mashed potatoes. Yum!
For the Meatloaf, combine all of the ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten eggs, onion soup, herb stuffing mix, salt and pepper.
Divide meat in half and shape into loaves.
Place into meatloaf pan.
Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2, until meat is well-browned.
While meatloaf is baking, mix together ingredients for the sauce.
Pour off fat before pouring sauce over meatloaf.
Bake 30 minutes longer.
This recipe can be cut in half or you can freeze the second meatloaf.
In a large bowl combine beef, stuffing, tomato sauce, egg, onion, green pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
With hands blend mixture well and form into a firm loaf.
Place in center of greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30minutes.
Meanwhile, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar and nutmeg. Stir well.
Pour mixture over top of meatloaf.
Continue baking meatloaf for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let set for 5minutes before slicing and serving.
Saute onions and garlic in a small amount of oil.
Add carrots and potatoes, and cook for another minute.
Pour in tomatoes (I used to pre-seasoned kind) and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add stock and bring to a boil.
Add frozen vegetables, barley and pasta, and meatloaf.
Return the pot to a boil, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes or until barley is tender.
Toss in a few handfuls of baby spinach leaves (optional).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
If using left-over chicken or turkey, chop it
o 350\u00b0F.
Combine meatloaf ingredients in a bowl. Mix

Cut the meatloaf into 1 inch thick slices, once thawed.
Beat the egg and barbecue sauce together.
Crush the Cheez-Its in a plastic bag with your rolling pin.
Dip each slice of meatloaf into the egg and barbecue mixture and then into the cheez-Its.
Fry them in a hot skillet with the vegetable oil.
Cook on each side, approximately 3 minutes, until browned on each side, and hot all the way through.
Top with swiss cheese. And throw em on a bun, and enjoy!

Mix meat,crumbs and milk.
Grate all vegetables (can use any of your favourites) and garlic.
Mix meat and vegetables, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce, any herbs and spices, and rice (can also use oats).
Spread in an oven loaf tin, and pat down.
For the topping, either mix together the tomato paste and honey, or drizzle honey over meat, then top with a thickish layer of tomato paste.
Bake in moderate oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is cooked.
