Meatloaf With Tangy Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    MEATLOAF
    1 lb ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 egg
    salt & pepper, to taste
    GRAVY
    1 cup chopped fresh tomato
    1 tablespoon chutney
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 teaspoon mustard
    2 cloves
    1 bay leaf
    salt, to taste
    1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
    Bake at 180C for 1 hour.
