Buttermilk Noodles Marzetti

Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine.
In a large bowl, combine noodles, mushrooms and onion.
Toss well.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in T. Marzetti's fresh buttermilk Ranch dressing. Serve hot or cold.
Refrigerate leftovers.

Baked Acorn Squash By Marzetti®

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a shallow baking pan and add 1/4 cup water.
Place acorn squash, cut side down, into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork. Remove from oven.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, orange juice, spice, apples, pecans and bread and toss well to coat all.
Spoon Marzetti Old Fashioned Caramel Dip into each squash shell and spoon mixture into squash shells.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm.

Layered Salad

This recipe was in the drawer for some years, but I'm fairly sure it was in one of the \"Three Rivers\" cookbooks.
As I mentioned in some other recipes, if you don't have them, get them.
Anyhow, it's a great dish.
The marinating makes the meat tender and very tasty.
Since the steak varies in thickness, you end up with a choice of well done to medium, or even rare.

Brown beef, onions, pepper and mushrooms.
Add tomato paste, sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Arrange in 2 small or one large oblong dish.

Saut first 6 ingredients for 15 minutes. Add 2/3 of cheese to meat mixture; stir until cheese melts. Add 8 ounces tomato sauce and mushrooms; mix well. Stir in macaroni and mix again. Top with 8 ounces tomato sauce and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Brown meat; add onions, peppers and celery.
Simmer.
Add soups and cheese.
Simmer until cheese is melted.
Add the cooked and drained noodles.
Mix well.
Put into 2 large casseroles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Cook onions in butter or margarine in large skillet until soft; add ground beef and brown.
Drain off grease.
Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, 2 cups water, celery, green pepper, vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain and mix with sauce.
Turn into baking dish.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.

Saute vegetables and mushrooms in oleo.
Add olives, hamburger, soup, sauce and noodles.
Mix and pour into a large baking dish.
Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Tastes like pizza in a casserole.

Fry and stir the chuck.
Fry bacon; drain on a paper towel, crumble into bits and add to the fried chuck.
Saute onions, pepper and celery; mix with mushrooms.
Salt and pepper cooked, drained noodles.
Mix and store in refrigerator overnight.

Brown the first 8 ingredients together. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer slowly for about 30 minutes. Add some tomato juice if mixture gets too thick. Grate and add the cheese. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes more.

In large heavy dutch oven combine ground meat, onions, celery and bell pepper.
Saute until meat is browned then drain off any excess grease.
Add garlic, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, corn, Worchestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, white pepper and cayenne pepper, mixing well.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
Gently fold in cooked noodles.
Pour into slightly buttered 10x14 casserole dish or two 9x9 dishes.

In large skillet, saute peppers, celery, onions, and ground beef and pork in butter or margarine. Add salt. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in olives, mushrooms, and tomato soup. Cook 5 more minutes.
Cook wide noodles according to directions on package. Drain noodles.
Turn into large casserole dish or roasting pan.
Add tomato sauce, Prego sauce and meat mixture. Gently stir until well blended. Sprinkle Velveeta cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown hamburger with onion, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Drain meat.
Add tomato soup to meat.
Put meat in casserole dish.
Put all cheese on meat.
Cook egg noodles.
Add cream of chicken soup to noodles.
Put noodle mix on top of cheese.
Cook in oven for a half an hour.

Brown ground beef with next 4 ingredients and salt to taste. Drain well.
Pour cooked noodles, ground beef mixture and cheese into large casserole dish.
Pour on enough tomato juice to cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, adding more tomato juice if needed.

Turn into greased casserole.

Serve with bread and salad.
