Remove casing from Italian sausage; crumble and saut in olive oil until all pink has disappeared.
Place frozen green beans, can of crushed tomatoes and sauteed sausage in a 13 x 11 deep baking pan or casserole.
Toss all ingredients until mixed. Top with cheese.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Recipe can be multiplied several times.

Saute garlic and onion in oil until onion is transparent and set aside. Cut tomatoes into chunks and combine with olives, parsley, basil, and peppercorn and set aside.
Top dough crust with onions, tomato mixture, and goat cheese. Drain anchovies (reserving oil) and add to pizza. Drizzle with anchovy oil. Bake in preheated 500\u00b0 F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
Let loaf of frozen bread dough thaw and rise to double in size. Punch down and put in greased deep dish pizza pan (14-inches in diameter and 2-inches deep).
Let ball of dough rise in pan for 10 minutes.
Then work the dough by pushing with fingers until completely covers bottom of pan.
Pull the edge up to form a lip or border crust of dough.
Cover pan with towel and let rise 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Prick crust with tines of fork and bake it at 475\u00b0 for 4 minutes exactly.
Then brush crust with olive oil.
Place zucchini in a medium bowl with Italian-style salad dressing. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator approximately 6 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
Grill zucchini slices about 2 minutes per side, until browned and tender.
Arrange grilled zucchini slices on a medium serving platter. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese and Italian-style seasoning. Microwave on high 90 seconds, or until cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve hot.
