Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice. Layer ham, provolone cheese, and roasted red bell pepper on the bread; top sandwich with the other bread slice, mayonnaise side down.
Heat grill pan over medium heat; place sandwich in the pan and top with another heavy pan. Add 2 heavy cans on top; press down on cans to compress the sandwich. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip sandwich, replace the pan and cans; cook until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Form the Italian sausage into 4 rectangular patties.<

Cut each foccacia wdege in half horizontally. Spread Italian dressing on each side. Top ham on bottom of foccacia. Top with basil,olives and red onions, then top with cheese. Place under broiler long enough to melt the cheese. Serve warm.
You could also sprinkle with Italian seasonings if you like.

Slather both halves of
Marinate pork chops in Italian dressing for 10 minutes. Remove pork from marinade and brown quickly in hot skillet with 1 tablespoon oil.
Season with salt and pepper; serve on Italian bread.
Serve with sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes to garnish.
Add lettuce and purple onions to sandwich.

Dig out excess bread in the center so that each half resembles a shallow \"canoe\".

Saute onion, green pepper and tomato in salad dressing until soft. Cut rolls and butter. Place meat on roll bottoms; cover with cooked vegetable mixture and top with cheese slices. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts and buttered side of roll top is lightly browned. Close sandwich and serve.
