Italian Stallion Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (5 oz.) natural casing mild Italian sausages
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    6 French rolls
    2 c. pizza sauce
    6 to 10 slices Mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Simmer sausage in water until done.
    Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until tender (5 to 7 minutes).
    Split rolls.
    Divide vegetable mixture among rolls. Split cooked sausage and place on top of vegetables.
    Pour 1/3 cup sauce on each sandwich.
    Top with cheese.
    Sprinkle with oregano and paprika.
    Heat under broiler until cheese melts and begins to brown (3 to 5 minutes).
    Garnish with pickles and parsley.
