Roasted Vegetable Panini Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices rustic Italian bread
    4 ounces BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    Roasted tomatoes
    Roasted zucchini
    Roasted asparagus
    Roasted mushrooms
    Fresh basil leaves
    2 ounces prosciutto
Preparation
    Place all ingredients between the two pieces of bread and press while grilling to create a delicious panini sandwich. Cut into bite-size servings.
