Mix flour, whey protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
Mix egg whites, Splenda, baby food carrots and water (optional) in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray glass pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.
Pour ingredients into dish.
Bake 20-30 minutes.

Mix oat flour, vanilla whey protein, salt, baking soda and crystal light, in large bowl.
Mix egg whites, Splenda, applesauce and water in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray 8x8 glass pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.
Pour ingredients into dish.
Bake 23 minutes.

Put the first three ingredients in a blender and let the creamer dissolve. Add Splenda, protein powder, ice cream and ice cubes and blend until drink is smooth and creamy; add more ice cubes as needed to get the desired consistency. Add the Oreo Thin Crisps and pulse only until blended -- if you pulse too much the Oreos will get pulverized.

Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.

High-Protein Cream Of Vegetable Soup

Combine vegetables and water in a saucepan. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Combine other ingredients. Mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently to avoid scorching, until soup has thickened. Mix in blender until smooth.
Add protein powder (if desired) when soup is a warm (not hot or will curdle) temperature.
