Protein Raisin-Gem Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sifted low-fat soy flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. diet margarine
    5 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    sugar substitute to equal 8 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, soy flour, baking soda and salt onto wax paper. Beat diet margarine, brown sugar, sugar substitute, vanilla and egg until well blended.
    Add sifted dry ingredients to margarine mixture; mix well.
    Stir in raisins.
