ombine the flour, Cajun Spice Mix Recipe, paprika, cayenne, and salt in
Beat together sugar, milk, melted butter and egg.
Stir into Mix just until moisted.
Fold in fruit and/or nuts.
Fill greased muffin cups and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
Stir liquid into Mix just until moistened.
Knead a few times on floured board.
Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
Bake at 450 for 7-10 min, until golden on bottom.
Prepare the cake mix as directed but with the following change: Add the pumpkin pie spice and substitute the can of pumpkin puree for the water called for in the package directions.
Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tins lined with paper liners and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 18 to 22 minutes. Let cool.
While cupcakes are baking, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Spread on the cupcakes and top each with a piece of candy corn.
In a large bowl, mix 6 teaspoons House of Blues seasoning with ground beef (1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of beef). Form ground beef into six 8-ounce patties. Grill burger to desired temperature. Toast roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion and cheese.

Pour boiling water into a mug and steep tea bag, about 2 minutes. Remove tea bag; add milk, hot cocoa mix, and sugar. Stir until well-blended, about 20 seconds.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Divide and roughly shape the mixture into 14 circles, well-spaced on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 mins until just golden. Leave on the baking sheet for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Mix at room temperature egg yolks, sugar, milk, vanilla extract in big pot and simmer over low flame to melt sugar, mixing continuously.
Add Coco Lopez and continue to mix for about 15 minutes on low flame.
Add Rum and cinnamon sticks with water.
Mix everything on low flame for about 20 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
** Use whisk for a smoother consistency ** if desired.

Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over coconut.
Mix cake mix like directions on box.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
In a bowl, blend together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; this will be stiff.
Drop by big teaspoonfuls on top of cake mix.
Do not put this mixture close to edge of pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
seperate bowl, combine cake mix with softened butter and 2
gradually beat in the Dry Mix until it is all mixed
Sprinkle coconut and pecans over dry bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mix cake mix (according to package directions) and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix creme cheese, sugar, and butter.
Drop by big blobs on cake batter.
Swirl blobs into cake gently with a knife.
Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes.
When cake comes out of the oven pour melted frosting over hot cake.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour dry cake mix into large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oils.
Mix well.
Add choc or peanut butter chips.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack. DO NOT OVERBAKE or your cookies will be hard. Store in airtight container.
NOTE* I sometimes use a lemon cake mix and sprinkle cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
Mix all the seasoning mix ingredients in a food processor
Spread pecans and coconut in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla together; drop by spoonfuls on cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mix nuts and coconut.
Spread evenly on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed; pour on top of nut mixture (do not mix).
Beat together margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Drop by teaspoons on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes or until done.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam; layer in bottom of pan the coconut and chopped pecans.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and melted butter; spoon over cake mixture.
Lightly swirl into cake mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
Bake chocolate cake mix as directed in 2 round layer pans. Mix chocolate pudding as directed. Split cake in half.
Layer cake, then pudding, crushed Heath bars, and cool whip....continue and end with top layer of cool whip and candy.
Put in a large bowl.
Prepare Spicy Seasoning Mix. Store in airtight container. Shake
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
