In large bowl pour Eagle Brand milk and rinse out cans.
Add water (2 cans).
Add vanilla.

In tall glass put milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. Almost fill with chilled plain soda water.

Make brownies according to directions and bake in a 9-inch pie pan.

Spread ice cream over brownies.
Slowly melt caramel and milk until creamy.
\"Swizzle\" over ice cream and sprinkle nuts as soon as possible to stick to the caramel before cooling.
