In a large bowl mix together butter, sour cream, and egg.
Stir in cans of corn, green chile and muffin mix.
Spoon mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.

Add cheese, stir well and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, (dish will be slightly puffed when done).

Heat butter with water in large saucepan until butter melts. Stir in stuffing mix and add corn and parsley.
Stir in eggs.
Add more water if needed.
Shape into balls and arrange in buttered, shallow baking dish.
Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator.
Bake uncovered in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.

Holiday Salad

In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Set aside.
Put the endive and apples into a large decorative serving bowl. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the bowl and toss to coat the endive and apples so they don't turn brown. Add the cheese and avocado, and then add the cranberries and corn.

Holiday Squash Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13\"x9\" glass baking dish with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
With a hand grater or food processor, shred zucchini, squash and onion. Add to a large mixing bowl. To the bowl, add the shredded cheese, eggs, milk and oil. Stir to combine.
Once combined, add the corn muffin mix and your salt and pepper. Stir again to completely incorporate all ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake on middle rack of oven for 1 hour. Serve warm or room temperature, and enjoy!

Evenly spread chili beans in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Evenly space wieners atop of chili in dish.
Prepare corn bread and pour over layered ingredients.
Try to seal corn bread to edges of the dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over corn bread.
Bake time and temperature called for in your corn bread recipe or package instructions.
Cheese is optional.

Broccoli And Corn Casserole

Thaw and drain broccoli and season with Beau Monde.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Mix corn, egg, cracker crumbs and onions. Pour over broccoli and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc., just as long as you have a pan big enough to cook it in.
Increase baking time when making additional recipes.

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in greased 2-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.

Fajita-Style Chicken Tenders With Corn And Black Beans

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook, turning once, 3 minutes or until lightly colored. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons water; toss over medium heat 1 minute until coated and chicken is cooked through.
While tenders cook, combine beans, corn and salsa in a medium saucepan or microwave dish. Heat until hot. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro. Serve along with tenders topped with cheese, a squirt of lime and tortilla chips or warm flour tortillas.

Add marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt and mixture is syrupy.

Stir in food coloring.
Add corn flakes cereal.
Stir until well coated. Portion warm corn flakes mixture, using 1/4 cup dry measure. Using buttered fingers, quickly shape into individual wreaths. Dot with red cinnamon candies.

Put mixture into a greased turkey roasting pan, the bigger the better, and the disposable ones are perfect.
Bake at 250 for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
Break apart while warm.
Cool completely and toss with M&Ms and candy corn.

Add food coloring after marshmallows are melted.
(Stir in coloring.) Remove from heat.
Stir in corn flakes or Rice Krispies.
Make sure all the corn flakes or Rice Krispies turn green.
Empty contents on a tray which has been covered in wax paper.
Mold mixture into a circle shape with your hands.
If desired, you can add maraschino cherries or small silver ball cake decorations. Refrigerate until firm.
