Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Add cereal.
Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray, in a layer about 1/2-inch thick.
When slightly cooled, use holiday cookie cutter to cut into shapes.
Decorate as desired with prepared frosting and candies.
Yields 9 (3 1/4-inch) cut-outs.

Saute onion and green pepper until onion is clear.
Next, add tortilla bits and stir until tortillas are cooked just a bit.
Put green chilies into beaten eggs and pour over tortilla mixture. Scramble eggs until done; turn off heat.
Add tomato sauce and stir briskly into mixture until mixture is well covered; add Cheddar cheese and let melt.
Serve with picante sauce, if desired.

Chile Cheese Squares

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix eggs well.
Add cumin.
Add both kinds of cheese.
Line bottom of pan with green chilies.
Pour egg mixture over chilies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until eggs are set.
When cooled five minutes, cut into squares.
Good brunch menu item!

Sausage And Egg Casserole(For Brunch Or Breakfast)

Cook sausage and drain thoroughly on paper towel.
Butter bread, top side up.
Place in casserole dish.
Spread 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of sausage over slices.
Beat milk and eggs and pour over the mixture.
Place remaining buttered bread, sausage and cheese on top.
Press down gently, making sure all of the bread is wet. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Great for holiday breakfast.

Walnut Holiday Cake

Cream the first 4 ingredients.
Add eggs, beaten in one at a time.
Sift together flour and baking powder and stir into mixture. Separately mix cherries and walnuts.
Fold into batter.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in tube pan.
Great for brunch.
Delicious and moist.

Holiday Breakfast Enchiladas

Saute vegetables in skillet with butter or oil until tender.
Remove from pan and add eggs.
Scramble fry until cooked and then add sour cream and salsa.
Add rest of the ingredients, saving one cup of cheese for the topping, and heat through.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture into center of tortilla and roll up.
Place seam side down in a casserole.
Repeat until all tortillas are filled.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.

In a large bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, ginger and orange rind.
Mix well.
In a saucepan heat milk, water and margarine until warm.
(Butter does not need to melt.)
Add to flour mixture.

Blend on low until moistened, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add fruit and coconut by hand.
