Turkey And Sausage Casserole(A Great Holiday Brunch Dish.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, cubed turkey chunks
    2 lb. bulk or link sausage
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. paprika or more
    bread crumbs and butter
Preparation
    Saute sausage until brown (Swift Brown 'N Serve links work well; cut in 4 pieces after browning).
    Bulk sausage may be cut in bite size pieces.
