Slice Kielbasa with diagonal cuts about 1/

Heat through; stir in Parmesan cheese.
Serve over buttered pasta with additional Parmesan cheese.
Rinse sauerkraut to remove most of the salt content.
Place in a 9 x 12-inch roasting pan.
Slice kielbasa in 1/2-inch slices; arrange on top of sauerkraut.
Top with Swiss cheese slices.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serves 4 to 6 people.

Place 3 tablespoons oil in saucepan.
Add chopped onion, chopped green peppers, minced cloves of garlic, sliced celery and green onions.

Add everything else but milk and cheese. Simmer a little while, taste and add more ingredients according to cravings.
Add milk and Parmesan cheese last (extra sharp Cheddar is great, too).
