Smoked Sausage Oleo(By Hillshire Farms) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

smoked sausage or lite Polska kielbasa
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion.
Add tomato sauce, oregano and beans. Simmer five minutes.
Place 2/3 bag of crushed tortilla chips in bottom of a 2-quart buttered baking dish.
Layer one cup of cheese on chips.
Pour sausage mix over cheese.
Layer on remaining chips and one cup of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce and sliced ripe olives, if desired.
