Ingredients

1 (1 lb) package kielbasa, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 (27 ounce) can sauerkraut (2 cups drained)
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
pita bread
Preparation

Saute slices of kielbasa (I use Hillshire Farms) with onion and green pepper in butter.
Add drained sauerkraut. Heat through.
Add sour cream mixed with dijon style mustard.
Serve in pita pockets.
