How to make it:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions; drain and let cool for a few minutes.
Mix the pasta, vegetables and tomatoes together.
Toss the whole thing with the fat-free dressing.
(You can use as much or as little as you like, but make sure that you use at least enough to coat the pasta, or it will stick together in an ugly and congealed lump!)

Marinate shrimp, onion, celery, salt and lemon pepper in the Italian dressing in a large salad bowl.
Cook the pasta in boiling water, to which a dollop of cooking oil has been added, for 3 to 4 minutes.

Toss together the pasta and marinate mixture.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.

In 3 qrt saucepan, cook pasta as directed on box. Place the two packets aside for future use.
Drain; rinse with cold water to cool and set aside.
In small bowl mix seasoning from packet with the alfredo sauce.
Place cooked pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and basi in large serving bowl.
Add alfredo mixture; toss evenly to coat.
Sprinkle top with topping packet from pasta sald mix and basil sprig if desired.

Warm Pasta Provençale Salad

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente then drain.
Meanwhile, oil a large frying pan and place over high heat. Cook lamb chops for 3 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan, cover and let rest for 5 mins. Slice thickly.
Transfer pasta and lamb to a large bowl along with remaining ingredients and toss gently to combine. Season to taste. Serve warm.

Chicken Cacciatore

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet on high heat. Brown chicken all over. Transfer to a baking dish.
Saute onion and garlic in same pan for 2-3 mins, until onion is tender. Add wine and simmer until reduced by half.
Stir in stock and simmer for 2 mins. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and sugar. Season to taste. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Stir in olives and anchovies. Bake, uncovered, for a further 5-10 mins. Sprinkle with additional basil. Serve with pasta and salad.

Pour tomato sauce and tomatoes into a pot.
Heat with a low flame.
Slice garlic thinly and saute in small amount of olive oil for 5 minutes on a low flame until garlic begins to brown.
Tilt saute pan and move garlic to one side with oil on the other side. Remove garlic and put into sauce mixture.
Add a handful of oregano and basil.
Stir all in.
Cook until very hot, stirring regularly. Prepare favorite pasta the way you like it and use this very low fat sauce as you like it.

Parish Pasta Salad

Follow directions on pasta salad boxes to cook pasta. Brown ground beef. Remove from skillet, then brown sausage. Drain and return both beef and sausage. Add garlic. Mix cooked pasta in salad bowl with olive oil. Add 1/3 to 1/2 of the seasoning mix from each box (taste for your preference for seasoning). Add meat and mix well. Break the snow peas into bite size pieces after you've washed and capped them.

Super-Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Rinse pasta with cold water until chilled; drain.
Mix pasta and salad dressing in a large bowl; fold tuna into the pasta mixture.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the salad is cold, at least 1/2 hour.

In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.

Pasta Spinach Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese, salad dressing, green onion and olives.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange spinach on serving platter. Spoon pasta over spinach.
Serve.
