Pasta Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. rigatoni or cavatelli
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/3 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
    6 c. torn fresh spinach
    leaf oregano
    garlic and salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain.
    In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese, salad dressing, green onion and olives.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
    Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Arrange spinach on serving platter. Spoon pasta over spinach.
    Serve.
