Lamb Rolls Appetizer

Combine in Cuisinart, use 2 tsps to make balls and pop them into hot oil, roll around for 7 minutes. I then store them and then put them on a pan and heat them for a party.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop mushroom stems only and onion, saute in butter or margarine.
Add crushed crackers (2 rolls) to sauteed mixture, continue stirring over heat.
Add shredded cheese a little at a time, continue stirring.
When all cheese is melted into mixture, spoon into caps of mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until brown. A great party appetizer, you'll be a hit!

Steele'S Fast Appetizer

Cut ham and cheese into squares large enough to cover each roll.
Mix butter, mustard, poppy seed and Worcestershire.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over rolls.
Top rolls with ham and cheese squares. Pour other half of mixture over the top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.

Brown meats and drain off fat.

cheese and spices and stir until melted.
Toast bread with a little margarine on each piece.
Spread a small amount of meat mixture on each piece of toasted
bread and place in warm oven until ready to serve.

Sausage Roll-Ups

Separate crescent rolls and cut in half.
Sprinkle a bit of cheese in center of each.
Roll 1 sausage per crescent half, starting at narrow end.
Bake according to biscuit can directions. Serve warm with assorted dipping sauces (mustard, barbecue, ketchup, Ranch, etc.).

Dissolve gelatin into tomato soup; heat slowly until dissolved.

Put under broiler long enough to melt cheese.
This topping is enough to cover 1 loaf of party rye or cocktail pumpernickel bread.

Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and cheese.

Brown meat and drain. Add diced Velveeta; stir until melted. Add remaining spices while cheese is melting. Stir. Spread on party rye. Broil until bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes.
