Combine in Cuisinart, use 2 tsps to make balls and pop them into hot oil, roll around for 7 minutes. I then store them and then put them on a pan and heat them for a party.
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop mushroom stems only and onion, saute in butter or margarine.
Add crushed crackers (2 rolls) to sauteed mixture, continue stirring over heat.
Add shredded cheese a little at a time, continue stirring.
When all cheese is melted into mixture, spoon into caps of mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until brown. A great party appetizer, you'll be a hit!

Mix butter, mustard, poppy seed and Worcestershire.
