This is one of those \"everything but the kitchen sink\" recipes.
In other words, the base recipe is for meat loaf with vegetables and cheese filling.
Use whatever combination of vegetables, cheeses and spices you prefer.
This recipe is adaptable to most every diet plan and delicious too!!
Melt the butter and add remaining sauce ingredients.
Pour sauce over tilapia filets.
Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
Make marinade for meat:
Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, garlic (crushed), 3 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and ground comino.
Mix well and rub it into the meat.
Marinate meat for 1/2 hour.
br>Simmer gently until the meat is tender and well seasoned
Mix all ingredients. Add water if too dry. More bread crumbs if too moist. Shape into meatballs or loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes for meatballs or 1 to 1 1/4 hours for meat loaf.
Marinate meat with seasoning; set aside.

Mix ground beef lightly with parsley, salt, water and steak sauce in a bowl; shape into 36 small balls.

Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Serve on rice or noodles.

For meat:.
In
Fry bacon, onion, celery, green pepper and bay leaves until brown.
Add remaining ingredients and shape meat loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
For Meat loaf:
Mix all ingredients. Spread in an ungreased loaf pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 deg. about 1-1/2 hours. Serve with.

For Mushroom gravy:
Cook mushrooms and flour in oil over low heat
Stir constantly until bubbly.
Remove from heat
Add enough water to reserve liquid to make 1 cup
Stir into mixture
Add bouillon cube.
Heat to boiling and stir 1 min
Stir in bouquet sauce.
Chop onions and bell pepper. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Place in microwave dish.
(I use a browning dish which has a heating element in the bottom that works real well.) Cover dish with lid. Cook on High for 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done, depending on your microwave.
If you desire, you can add spices for meat loaf. I have done this in the past; very good, quick and easy.
Combine
vinegar, oil, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a
large
glass
bowl.
Mix
well; add meat and stir. Let stand in
refrigerator
overnight, turning the meat occasionally. Yields about 8 servings.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix and combine all ingredients except the meat loaf sauce. Bake uncovered one hour, remove from oven and drain. Top with meat loaf sauce, bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
Soften bread or oats in milk.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf shape.
Place in a greased baking pan.
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
With wire whip combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar.
Add prepared sauce on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Baste loaf several times while baking.
Soak dried chilis overnight in water until soft.
Remove seeds.
Add all ingredients, except chicken to a food processor, puree until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken and refrigerate at least 1 hour, but up to 24 hours.
Heat grill to 400\u00b0F.
Salt chicken breasts to taste.
Grill for about 4 minutes per side, until done.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
