Meatballs Or Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. ground meat
    1 or 2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    2 or 3 eggs
    1 c. chopped parsley (can use basil)
    1 or 2 handfuls Parmesan cheese or more to taste
    salt and pepper (used sparingly)
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Add water if too dry. More bread crumbs if too moist. Shape into meatballs or loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes for meatballs or 1 to 1 1/4 hours for meat loaf.
