Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (1/2 c. for meat)
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
    With wire whip combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar.
    Add prepared sauce on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Baste loaf several times while baking.
