Strips Of Meat With Onions And Tomatoes(Venezuelan Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. roast beef meat (round, chuck or sirloin tip) or leftover roast beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. grated onion
    2 cloves garlic
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. chopped fine onions
    1/2 c. pimiento, chopped
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped fine (without skin and seeds)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Make marinade for meat:
    Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, garlic (crushed), 3 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and ground comino.
    Mix well and rub it into the meat.
    Marinate meat for 1/2 hour.
