Place hen in saucepan and cover with cold water.
Boil until tender. Remove from saucepan, reserving broth. Pick meat from bone; set aside. Melt butter and pour over stuffing mix. Add enough broth to moisten. Heat together soups and 1/2 cup broth. Place in a buttered 2-quart baking dish, alternating layers of chicken, soups and stuffing crumbs. Do this twice. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.

Ice Pops From Fruit Juice(Kids)

Take your child's favorite juice.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
To serve, pop into small plastic bag.
Use plastic bag to catch the drips.
To make a popsicle type, put sticks in trays covered with Saran Wrap.

Bake fish with a little seasoning; bone and flake.
Place in a bowl and add eggs, mixing well.
Add milk and half of butter, half of crumbs, parsley, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sherry. Mix, then place in buttered baking dish.
Top with remaining crumbs and butter.
If dry, add milk.
Place baking dish in pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Serve with tartar sauce or other favorite.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.

Family Favorite

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Heat soups with milk, stirring until smooth.
Do not add water to soup.
Remove from heat.
Stir in uncooked rice and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over top. Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
