Parboil elbow noodles.
Lightly cover bottom of a glass Pyrex pie dish with olive oil.
Mix remainder of oil with garlic (minced) and parsley and oregano with the parboiled elbows.
Cover Pyrex dish with elbow noodles, placing a layer of Swiss cheese over it, continuing doing same until the dish is filled.
The last layer should be Swiss cheese.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is slightly browned and bubbling.

Saute mushrooms and peppers until done.
Add seasonings.

Add your favorite sauce and mix all together.

Brown ground chuck; drain excess fat.
Cook elbow noodles according to package directions.

Put shredded Mozzarella cheese on top and then the pepperoni slices.

Cook elbow noodles and drain.
Mix hamburger meat, noodles, tomato sauce, tomatoes and brown sugar.
Put in glass baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Brown hamburger meat and drain fat.
Open pinto beans and corn.
Drain about half the juice from the corn.
Add corn and pinto beans to the pot.

Bring noodles to a boil.
Drain.

Beef & Elbow Macaroni Casserole With Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef with diced onion, salt, pepper & garlic salt.
Cook Elbow macaroni until tender, drain and mix sour cream & noodles (only) together.
Once noodles are coated with sour cream.
Combine beef with tomato sauce and place 1/2 of mixture in a 8x10 dish.
Add a layer of noodles and top with 2 slices of cheese.
Repeat this once more, topping casserole with remaining cheese slices.

Start by boiling the elbow noodles. While elbow noodles are boiling brown the ground beef and strain off any fat. Add taco seasonning, onion, strained can of corn or frozen corn, Rotel, and Jalapeno black eyed peas. Keep warm while noodles finish cooking. Strain noodles when cooked and add them to the meat mixture. Blend well then add cheese and sour cream. Stir well and keep warm serve when its dinner time. Add crushed tortillia chips to the top of each served plate. Then just eat!

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook elbow noodles until tender and drain.
Beat eggs in a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Blend together with milk - one cup at a time, stirring well after each addition.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease inside of 9x13 baking dish with stick of margarine. Cook elbow noodles til they are half cooked. Drain and rinse in cold water. Layer noodles and cheese in baking dish alternating between cheese and noodles. In mixing bowl combine evaporated milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well, pour evenly over macaroni and cheese. Use stick of margarine and put 1 TBSP at each corner and in middle of macaroni and cheese. Push down slightly. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until lightly golden and bubbly on top.

1. Place chopped onions, bell peppers, and ground beef in large skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook until ground beef is well done.
2. Cook elbow noodles in water for 9 minutes.
3. Add both cans of tomato soup to the cooked and drained ground beef. Simmer until the noodles are cooked.
4. Drain noodles and add to mix. Stir well.
