Italian Pork Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork (any cut)
    1/2 tsp. oil
    small onion, chopped
    small canned mushrooms, drained
    14 1/2 oz. diced canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    elbow noodles
    corn, green beans or peas
Preparation
    Cut pork into cubes and stir-fry with 1/2 teaspoon oil, chopped onion and mushrooms.
    Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
