Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; rub butter over bottom of unbaked pie shell.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and sugar; beat until thoroughly mixed.
Sprinkle pie shell with spinach and cheese.
Pour milk mixture over spinach and cheese.
Put a dash of nutmeg and pepper on top.
Bake approximately 40 minutes on lower oven shelf until custard is set and the top is nicely browned.

Let cream cheese soften, you can speed this along by microwaving it carefully in 10 second intervals.

Open crescent roll dough and separate the rolls, then spread about 1 tbsp of the mixture all over each triangle.

In a microwave oven, cook spinach (without water) covered for about 6 to 8 minutes, until spinach is hot.
Remove from oven and drain well.
Mix together sour cream and salad dressing mix and then stir into the spinach.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.
Return to microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or may be baked in a regular oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.

While the spinach is cooking, prepare the asparagus by removing the tough lower parts.
Cut the asparagus into pieces the length of the tip of your thumb to the first knuckle.
Place in the bottom of the pie crust with the spinach.
Spread the cheese evenly over the spinach and asparagus.
Mix the milk, eggs, butter and salt together and pour over the asparagus, spinach and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is evenly browned.
Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave for 7
In a large bowl, mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasonings.
In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer:
1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of uncooked lasagne noodles and 1/2 of spinach. Repeat, then finish with the last 1/3 of the noodles and the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup Mozzarella over the top.
Pour the water around the edges.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Stand 15 minutes, then serve.
