Quick And Easy Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
    1 egg
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    8 to 10 oz. lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach and seasonings.
    In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer:
    1/2 cup sauce, 1/3 of uncooked lasagne noodles and 1/2 of spinach. Repeat, then finish with the last 1/3 of the noodles and the remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup Mozzarella over the top.
    Pour the water around the edges.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Stand 15 minutes, then serve.
